Most women when they have gone through the years of childbirth and abdominal muscles that never get flat again have found a problem with urinary incontinence as they get older. If you laugh a little hard or sometimes just cough. This wonderful little herb helps stop that problem. This little dandy likes to grow near water or shaded areas. I have even found it growing along the side of an old country road. Remember it is best to pick herbs that don't have car pollution destroying their medicinal value.

Another important natural remedy for ladies who are in their menopause years is an over the counter cream loaded with progesterone. NOT THE CHEMICAL PROGESTERIN. Progesterone helps to stimulate bone growth. Estrogen helps retard bone loss, but it does not build bones. Also, Progesterone aids the woman's brain which needs a healthy supplement daily to balance the zinc and copper ratios in the body. too long ago, I saw clouds we call " horsetail" or " mares
tails" so I thought I might just let you know about an herb we call
"Horsetail Latin name (Equisetum arvense)
Horsetail
herb is used in urinary tract disorders, especially lower tract infections. It
also aids in coagulation and helps decrease bleeding. This herb is rich in
silicic acid which helps aid the circulation. Like comfrey, this herb also helps
heal fractured bones.
